V.35 (V35) cables are high-speed serial assemblies used primarily for communication router interface connections to provide higher data rate transmission and data exchange connections between DTEs (Data Terminal Equipment) or DCEs (Data Communication Equipment).

The interface characteristics of the V.35 cable are in strict compliance with the EIA/TIA-V.35 standard. The router side is a DB connector, and the external network side is a 34-pin connector, also divided into two types, DCE and DTE, corresponding to a socket (34 holes) on the DCE and a plug (34 pins) on the DTE side. V.35 cables are generally used to transmit data synchronously. 

V.35 cables are typically used to support speeds from 48 to 64kbps, but higher rates (64 or 128kbps) may be available.
